Persia

      Every civilization needs F.A.R.T.S.
You need food to survive and art religion and technology to have something to look up to, and not to have boring surroundings.Without any of these, your life would be short and boring. A civilization needs writing, government, religion, technology, social classes, and a stable food supply to keep order and have a healthy co-existence.Without religion and writing, people wouldn't be respectful or kind and wouldn't be able to communicate and would fight over food without a stable food supply.Everybody would be scattered and there wouldn't be order without a social class and government. In order to have a civilization you need W.G.F.A.R.T.S.

        W=Writing
   Persians had a writing system. Persians writing system was known for being the shortest cuneiform during it's time.Sumerians had a cuneiform of 700 character and Persians only had 39 characters. Old Persian cuneiform was done the same way as any other cuneiform. They all used wedge-shaped characters. The character were inscribed on regular clay. Persia had a simple cuneiform that was useful for recording data and communicating.

         G=Government
    Persia had a government. The government started with the king, sole ruler of Persia, and ended with government officials, rulers of local areas. The king couldn't see everything at the same time so he hired government officials to rule their local areas. King Darius, one of the greatest kings of Persia, developed the government system. One of the systems was the tax-collecting system. Every government system worked better with two head leaders. Darius appointed the Persian empire with 2 official capitals. The two capitals where Susa and Persepolis, two of the finest capitals Persia. Every civilization need a government system to keep everything in order.

        F=Food supply
    Persia like any other civilization, has a stable food supply. Persia had many and sometimes exotic food. "Greeks and other foreigners lucky enough to share a Persian meal" would report the exotic meats and spices, like basil,saffron-both spices- pheasants and partridges- both meats. A civilization needs food for survival and peace. If there wasn't much food, the civilization would die soon. Without a stable food supply, Persians would trade peace for a bloody war. everybody would fight over who gets food and how much, or if they get food at all, which of course would cause another conflict.For those reasons, all civilizations must have a stable food supply.

         A=Art
   As all great civilizations, Persia had art to entertain and give more life, and beauty to life. One type of art was jewelry. All kings, queens, and nobles wore jewelry  like rings, bracelets, necklaces, and many more things that made kings and queens look marvelous. One of the most famous arts that Persian people were famous for was the griffin statues and the lion goblets. Architecture was another type of art in Persia.Many of the Persian homes had lion goblets built on the entrance like big guardians.There were great capitals, but not even those fine capitals compare to the palaces built with timber, gold, bactria, ivory, silver, turquoise, and precious stones.Civilization need art not just for entertainment and beauty, but Art to live in.

         R=Religion
    Religion gives people something to believe and look up to. It unites people and brings peace. Persians believed there were many gos related to nature. One of their god of nature was Mithra, the sun god, who was believed to controls contracts. Persians had no temples, so they worshiped gods on the top of the mountains. Persians latter believed there was a supreme god. Between 1200 and 1000BC a prophet by the name of Zoroaster, teached Persians about his own faith based on good thoughts, words, and deeds. He tough Persians about Ahara Mazda, a wise lord creator of all things. Religion gave Persians faith and helped them live in peace with good thought and deeds.

        T=Technology
    Technology was very important in Persia. Some of the technology was metal work. With metal work they built spears, chariots, coins, and arrows, which were used during wars. Persians used technology to transport water. Persians built an underground irrigation system, from the mountain to the Vallie's and plains. The irrigation system was an important technology used to water the farmers crops. Persians also built a canal to deliver mail. Technology was important for both survival and communication.

        S=Social Structure
    The social structure of Persia has only 2 social classes, which were high class and low class. The high class is formed by the nobles who rule the empire. Nobles, or officials, ruled local ares and did jobs, such as tax-collection. Although officials ruled, the king was still the sole ruler and the most powerful of all nobles. When a king held courts, he would walk on a special purple carpet, that only he was allowed to walk on. He wore a long purple robe, a crown filled with priceless jewels, golden chains, earrings, bracelets, and everybody, even nobles, had to lie face down on the floor, and avoid eye contact when they approached the king. The lowest class consisted of farmhands, animal herders, servants, and laborers. They worked sunup to sundown and usually died before they were 40, leaving no traces of their existence behind. Over all, Persia 2 class social structure has a sole ruler, the king.

     Persia couldn't have existed as a civilization without W.G.F.A.R.T.S.These characteristics give people a better life. They feed, help, communicated, and give joy. Each of these attributes give Persia a healthy and long life. Food, religion, government, and a social structure gives a civilization, such as Persia, peace and order that helps them have a healthy co-existence.Writing, art, and technology help people communicate, gives them joy and something to believe in.

Submition power and fear

Everybody is different.
Yet everybody is the same.
Everybody has fear.
Everybody has their own happy place.
She is mean,cruel, obnoxious,arrogant, and powerful.
She yells... She screams.
I do not bend to her will...
 I have no fear in my eyes.
All of a sudden she sees a flicker in my eyes.
Of what? I dunno.
She submits. She has fear.
I stud up for myself.
Something, she had never seen before.
She feels naked at what she thinks is power,
at my free and fearless
soul.
Now she is powerless.
She thinks I have the power.
Yet I feel the same as her.
I feel naked, and fear my own shadow.
My soul is trapped in an endless SCREAM.
A SCREAM petrified of its own matter.
Not solid, not  liquid,
but a transparent wind,
so different from what my outer soul reveals.
I feel empty and powerless.
But she doesn't know that...
And I... Won't say otherwise.

Dream for Hope of Love

In Life...
Never stop dreaming...
For in dreams...
You never stop living...

Hope is the last thing you lose...

If you have love...
You have everything...

All very wise words.
But when you lose what you most love,
your most precious possession,
how can you keep dreaming?
how can you keep living ?
how can you hope for something
when you have lost everything you
care about...?
your dream...?
your hope... ?
simple answer...
you dream and hope for love

Sea of Tears

The blue silver knight
shades my skin of a
pale silver white
My eyes sparkle of a
deep sea green
as my only thoughts
are of a scream
the only words that
escape my lips
are a shielded
 hushed good bye
though my thoughts
plead with a scream
stay don't leave
don't you see we belong
my lips are dry
and don't seem to function anymore
my will is betrayed
as a single tear parts its way
down my cheek and in through my lips
i cant taste the salty tear
that matches the saltiness
of the clear blue sea

love

one of the most powerful feelings
yet it is still just a simple word to those who have  not experienced it.
love causes fear heat grief and yet nothing at the same time.
heat for those who play with it
grief for the lost loved one
fear for the loved one
that's what love is
